About Chris

Chris Rezendes is the Chief Business Officer at Spherical|Analytics and CONTEXT LABS. S|A and CXL are two sister companies delivering asset-class data and investment-grade analytics to asset owners, operators and their investment partners in infrastructure and other markets with need to manage cyber and climate risk. CXL and SA turn digital exhaust into asset-class data, investment-grade analytics, and trusted systems feeding the next generation of ESG-sensitive operational and financial decision support systems. Chris came to S|A and CXL through a merger with IoT ImpactLABS, an impact-oriented IoT commercialization accelerator that he founded and managed with support from companies such as Analog Devices, DELL, GE, Intel, PTC, Industrial Internet Consortium, IoT Consortium and others. Chris is also the Founder and President of INEX ADVISORS an advisory and early stage investment vehicle focused on the enabling technologies critical to delivering resilience in distributed, decentralized cyber physical systems. Since graduating from Harvard University, Chris has been analyzing, operating and investing in mission-critical technology businesses serving national security, infrastructure, industrial, heavy commercial and selected risk/ finance markets. Chris has been a consistent contributor to IoT and related technology industry and market development stewardship through speaking (including TEDx, Sundance and Sorenson Institute, Internet Freedom Foundation, WEF, CES and other technology and business event platforms) and writing (HBR online, Real Leaders, Atlantic Monthly and other industry-specific platforms).
